Professional Cap & Gown & Senior Portraits

Appointments available Mon. - Thurs. 9am - 6pm & Friday 9am 4:00pm (or as schedule permits)

A Non-Refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your date and time slot. Remaining balance is due at the time of session.

10 min. Session: Cap & Gown only $185 (Includes 1 Digital file)

30 min. Session: $225 Includes Cap & Gown and 1 outfit change (Includes 2 digital files)

One Hour Session: $375 Includes Cap & Gown and Two outfit changes (Includes 5 digital files)

Additional time is billed at $150/hr.

Turn around time is 3-5 business days.

Preview of photos will be made available once the session is over, as time permits, between portrait sessions. If the preview is not available after the session then photos will be posted in an on-line gallery for you to proof. Proofs are unedited. Basic editing will provided only for purchased photos. Basic editing consists of removal of blemished and facial marks, fly-a-way hair. Any additional editing will be available additional cost of $30 per photo.

Package A: 8x10, 5x7, 8-wallets = $45 

Package B: 8x10, 2-5x7, 16-wallets = $55

Package C: 2-8x10, 4-5x7, 32-wallets = $65

All announcements come with envelops and are double sided.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:

If you will be receiving your Masters or Doctorate, please let us know so that we can have the appropriate gown available.
If you have any other special requirements that would require a different gown (height, etc.) please let us know so that we can be prepared.
Please arrive camera-ready (hair styled/cut, make-up done).

Your portrait session is for the allotted and begins at your scheduled appointment time.

Your sitting fee is due on the day of your portrait session. We accept cash, debit and credit cards. No Checks.

Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
